Find A Park

Since 2016, the David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme (DBCAS) has teamed up with the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) to run the Honey Bee Friendly Park Project, which aims to get as many parks as possible working to conserve Britain’s bees.

Parks that take part in the scheme commit to doing three things:

1) Planting the forage crops that bees need to survive.

2) Spreading the word about the importance of bee conservation.

3) Working to give bees a home.

The parks in the Honey Bee Friendly list click here have all shown that they are doing enough to be considered Honey Bee Friendly Parks.
